Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, MN is seeking a highly qualified anesthesiologist interested in joining the growing Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine. We are seeking a general anesthesiologist who will work in a medically directed model with our growing team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs.

The Southwest Minnesota region of MCHS provides a full range of surgical and procedural care at our Mankato campus, including general surgery, neurosurgery, urology, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, gynecology, obstetrics, podiatry, and orthopedic surgery in addition to gastroenterology, interventional radiology, and cardiology.

* Multi‐specialty clinic and attached hospital

* Medically directed practice in collaboration with CRNAs
* Candidates must be comfortable with all case types (except cardiac surgery)

+ Healthy pediatric patients for ENT and dental procedures
+ Busy orthopedic practice requiring proficiency in regional anesthesia
* Fully staffed with 9 anesthesiologists with plans to expand to 10
* Call schedule is 1:9 from home, call starts at 3:00 p.m. with post call day off
* Academic, research, and advancement opportunities available for interested staff
* Partner closely with Mayo Clinic Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine in Rochester, MN
License or Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Anesthesiology.
