RieLes Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our team in El Paso, Texas, supporting the care of military service members, Veterans, and their families. In this position you will provide comprehensive anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical specialties, supporting both routine and complex cases in a dynamic clinical setting. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering anesthesia care for patients ranging from neonatal to geriatric (ASA I–VI)
• Performing preoperative evaluations and developing anesthesia plans
• Administering general and regional anesthesia across specialties including general surgery, OB/GYN, orthopedics, cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, and more
• Supervising CRNAs and managing complex anesthetic cases
• Supporting post-anesthesia care and pain management, including nerve blocks
• Participating in quality assurance, training, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Responding to emergent situations such as trauma, cardiac arrest, and critical care needs

Minimum Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology (ABA)
• Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state
• Active DEA registration
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum of one (1) year recent clinical experience as an Anesthesiologist
• U.S. Citizenship required
