Pedaitric Cardiac Anesthesiologist

The Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount SInai is searching for a Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist for its Mount Sinai Hospital location in Manhattan. This position will primarily entail the provision of anesthesia to pediatric patients undergoing cardiac surgery and cardiac catheterization, as well as pediatric patients with congenital heart disease undergoing other procedures. MSH is on track to perform 100-150 pediatric cardiac cases annually. The ideal applicant will be eligible for or hold board certification in Pediatric Anesthesia, have fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia or extensive prior experience, and be an excellent communicator and compassionate team player. Call will be limited to only Pediatric Cardiac cases that will include heart transplant.
